What exactly do we get?
A finished, ready-to-use result. Depending on your challenge, that could mean a new workflow, process design, AI use case, or HR concept – always delivered with documentation and a short handover call. You can implement it immediately and keep all materials without restriction.
Why are you offering this for free?
It’s our way of giving back to the HR and tech community while showcasing our approach. Every build helps us learn from real use cases, and occasionally, participants decide to continue working with us afterward – but there’s absolutely no obligation.
Who owns the results?
You do. Everything created during the build is fully yours to use, modify, or extend in any way you like. We retain no commercial rights or claims.
Is it safe to share company information?
Yes. We handle all data under strict GDPR standards. You should not submit any sensitive personal data (like employee files or candidate CVs). We anonymize anything that could be confidential and only use the information you share to prepare and deliver your build.
Are there any legal risks for us?
No. Participation is non-binding and carries no contractual obligation. Once selected, we sign a short written agreement confirming that:
- the build is free of charge,
- the results are delivered as-is without warranty,
- both sides comply with GDPR,
- and you fully own everything created.
It’s simply a small disclaimer to protect both sides, not a commercial contract.
Can something go wrong or cause liability?
Our work is advisory and creative, not operational in your live systems. You’re free to review and test everything before using it. Because it’s a free service, results are provided on a best-effort basis without legal liability – but in practice, we ensure quality and clarity before handover.
What if we’re not selected?
We review all submissions at the end of each month. If your case isn’t selected, we’ll keep your information for up to three months (under GDPR) in case it fits a future build. You’re also welcome to reapply with a refined challenge.
When will we know the result?
Applications close at the end of each month. We contact the selected company within three business days afterward. Everyone else receives a short update and the option to stay on our interest list.
Can we stay in touch afterward?
Absolutely. Many participants continue working with us through workshops, AI readiness checks, or tailored sprints. But that’s entirely your choice.
