Payment methods

1. Prepayment

After completing your order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Please transfer the invoice amount to the account specified in the e-mail, stating your order number. As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed and dispatched.

2. PayPal

With PayPal you can pay securely and quickly. After completing your order, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete the payment. Your order will be processed immediately after receipt of payment.

3. Credit card

We accept payments with Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Your credit card details are processed securely via our payment service provider. The invoice amount will be debited from your credit card after your order has been completed.

4. Instant bank transfer

With Sofortüberweisung you can pay securely and conveniently directly from your bank account. You will need your online banking data (PIN and TAN). After completing your order, you will be redirected to Sofortüberweisung to complete the payment.

5 SEPA direct debit

By selecting SEPA direct debit as the payment method, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from your bank account. Collection takes place after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed in good time when you move in.

6. Cash on delivery

When paying cash on delivery, you pay the invoice amount directly to the deliverer upon delivery. Please note that additional charges may apply for cash on delivery, which will be levied by the deliverer.

7. Invoice

We offer payment on account for regular customers and business customers. You will receive the invoice by e-mail and have 14 days from the invoice date to pay the amount.

8 Apple Pay and Google Pay

With Apple Pay and Google Pay, you can pay quickly and securely via your smartphone. After completing your order, select the appropriate payment method and confirm the payment on your device.

All payments are processed via secure and encrypted connections to protect your personal data. We do not store any sensitive payment data on our servers.
